Shipping within United States
All purchased items will ship out to you within 3 days of purchase, or within 3 days of their arrival at Woven Wraps if the item is specially ordered. We offer both economy and expedited shipping at checkout. Once shipped, please allow 7-10 days for economy shipping to arrive to you and 2-4 days for Expedited (unless there is a postal related delay).
Shipping Time Schedule
Once an order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. If there is an extended delay in shipment of your order, you will be notifed via email.
Delivery Time Schedule (USA)
Once your order has shipped, the delivery date depends on the type of shipping that you have chosen. Express shipping is delivered within 1 - 3 days, Priority shipping is delivered in approximately 3 - 5 days and Standard/First Class shipping is delivered in approximately 5 - 10 days. Priority and Standard shipping delivery times are approximated and are not guaranteed to be delivered within the stated time frame. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please opt for Express shipping.
Shipping rates are based on realtime USPS rates and vary depending on the weight of your order and shipping address. Shipping rates are calculated for your review during the checkout process.
WovenWraps.com ships to any valid address on earth, including, but not limited to: APOs, PO boxes, US territories and international destinations. To make this happen, we utilize several different companies to best serve your shipping needs. Your package may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. The best shipment method is determined by WovenWraps.com based on your shipping address and speed of service selected. Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
WovenWraps.com ships worldwide. Delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method that you have chosen. First Class International is typically delivered in 2 - 4 weeks, Priority Mail International is typically delivered within 6 - 10 days and Express Mail International is typically delivered within 3 - 6 days. While most international packages are delivered quickly, the delivery time frame is estimated and can vary depending on your country, selected shipping method and your customs department. WovenWraps.com guarantees that all shipments will be shipped with a tracking number. Any non-delivery claims for international packages must be filed by the customer with the actual carrier. WovenWraps.com is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes incurred by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be accompanied by an email to Woven Wraps Customer Service notifying us of the return and order number. Where possible, please provide tracking numbers. When making a return, we highly recommend that you use tracking and/or delivery confirmation and insurance on your package. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition received, with tags attached and in the original manufacturers packaging for a full refund. Returns must include all original product packaging/tags and packaging must be in resaleable condition. For example, wraps must be returned in their original wrap box and the wrap box cannot be written on, crushed, taped or defaced in anyway. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of our returns department. Sale items are a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged. Special order items and pre-orders are also a final sale. Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. International exchanges are subject to a $20 shipping and handling charge. Returned items that have been tried on will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is because we will not be able to resell an item at full price that has already been tried on/worn, even just for a moment. Please be sure that you want to keep the carrier if you try it on. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided, or as "unclaimed", will be canceled and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned that do not meet the guidelines above will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable and are deducted from your refund if applicable. For defective items, we will communicate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf.
Payments are processed through secure our network. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, as well as Pay Pal payment. Pricing We always do our best to price competitively so if you find an item for less and would like to purchase through us, please let us know and we will do our best to match it.
