Beltway Babywearers is a chapter of Babywearing International that offers meetings and support to families in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. They have several meeting locations and times to help serve the area.
They have many experienced leaders and Volunteer Babywearing Educators to help you find the perfect carrier for you! Meetings are free, and they offer an optional membership with a fee of $30 a year to help support them. This also give you access to their lending library so you can try out carriers at home, without having to buy! They offer a thorough offering of wraps, ring slings, mei tais, and buckle carriers so you are sure to find one that suit your needs.

If you live in this area, I highly recommend you reach out to them! Local babywearing communities and groups are a wonderful way to get hands on instruction, find the best carrier(s) for you, and meet like-minded mothers for guidance and support.
